Build One Global Entrepreneurial Ecosystem with GEN

Welcome to GEN: Making the Most of Your Membership

Welcome to the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN). Your new profile opens the door to a world of opportunities, connections and resources designed to help you thrive—no matter where you are or what your role is in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Being logged into your GEN user profile gives you the ability to see contact information being shared by community members – and also provides you with additional benefits and functionality. And keeping your profile up to date ensures that you are matched with the most relevant opportunities, connections, and content based on your current role, interests, and location.

For example, an up-to-date profile helps:

  • Founders get discovered by investors and programme partners
  • Investors find high-potential Startups aligned with their focus
  • Policymakers receive tailored insights and invitations to collaborate
  • Ecosystem builders connect with peers and showcase their impact

As you navigate our platform, here are some specific suggestions on how you can get the most out of GEN and play a larger role in the community:

Get to Know GEN

  • About GEN (mini-doc): So many in our community only have a narrow view of what we do – missing out on opportunities. Watch ‘An Incubator for World-changing Entrepreneurs’ a mini-documentary by Freethink, a new media outlet dedicated to covering the collision of technology, business and society.
  • Impact Report: Dig a bit deeper by reading our latest Impact Report – or any of the others going back more than 10 years. And of course, click through our teams and programmes on the site.
